OUR CUSTOMER ASKED US TO REPLACE THEIR 80% efficient ground standing boiler with a lochinvar noble fire tube wall mount combo boiler with 95% efficiency..

We were asked to move the boiler out of the way to another room so they could have more room in the basement and took on the project with pride and confidence. our customer was extremely happy with outcome and functionality of the boiker installation, as they now have on demand domestic hot water as well as heat confined to a small corner of their basement.

Two Armstrong Air furnace replacement installs. Both 80% converted to 97% 2 stage. With 16seer ac.on one and a 20 seer with modulating compressor. Our valued customer was extremely happy regulating her 2nd floor uneven temp. We installed a comfort sync zone system giving her three zones to control as one is above the garage and extremely cold in winter compared to rest of the 2nd floor. She was happy with the ease of use from her phone and monitoring capabilities.
